Re: Nested JSON or XML from multiple arrays

Hi Greg, like Rou already mentioned, it is best solved with a Script Node. You can start with something like the attached code. It can replace the Validate Method of a Script. This uses the JavaScriptSerializer class of the .NET Framework that is located in the System.Web.Extensions assembly - add t...

Re: Glare Design - Abstract Lines free download

Hey, I don't know if it is what you need but there is a Gradient Texture Content Node. It provides a texture that can be used throughout the scene by any Texture Input Property. You would need to switch from Texture Loader to Texture Property->Empty on your Material Stage to bind this. Tips: Definin...

Re: Features

Hey Tom, regarding your problems/bugs: Currently the remap, gradient, math etc. modules take the Red Channel only of a Texture when mapping to a Scalar Attribute (like the Alpha is). This is why it does not work with Alpha Only Textures currently. We will need to change that so that you have control...

Re: Total Beginner

Hey and welcome to the forum!

You need to hold Shift while clicking the Nodes one after another.
In the Content Editor you can see all selected Nodes of the Hierarchy Editor and all nodes connected to them.

Have fun learning,

Re: Movie Clip -> Audio Balance

Hi Ralf! You are right that there is no such Property. Probably a better workaround: You can use the Volume Control Node to balance the Output on an Audio Crosspoint. To control the Balance of several Movies map different Ventuz Ordinals to different Cable Groups in the AV Config and play out the Mo...

Re: How to make a simple Scroll Box for text?

Hi dilljone, The scrollbox has two main problems: 1. Text must be occluded outside the box 2. Text must be movable 1. can be solved by using the Stencil Set and Stencil Test Nodes (hover over them with the Mouse and press F1 to open a dropdown which holds an example scene of the Stencil Nodes). 2. c...

Re: Value Switch

Hey Joe, you need to bind this to the color property of a Color Value Node. Use Source Binding for that - Drag an Input Property of the Value Switch, Hover over the Color Value Node until the Property Editor jumps to the Color Value's Properties and bind it to the Input Color Property. You have boun...
