Hey, its not c# but did you check the "texture saver-" or better the "snapshot" nodes?
Have a look at the documentation or the interactive help, by pressing F1 while you hover over the nodes

NDI is capable of only 32 inputs and 2 outputs. Limited by Newtek - SDK.

No we do not charge for NDI IN/OUT since 6.0.0
You had to purchase for 5.x
It would be free anyways.. and out is possible 2x with Key and Fill.

please send a testscene with the exact images to support. I will have a look at this.
Here the pictures are 150px and i cant see anything than overall blur
