Hi,
can the „standard“ Ventuz Designer -still on version 6.3- output to NDI? Or would that be an additional feature to be purchased.
I added an output (instead of the normal Graphics Card), but do not receive anything NDI so far with another device. IOS tools are being detected immediately but not Ventuz.

No we do not charge for NDI IN/OUT since 6.0.0
You had to purchase for 5.x

It would be free anyways.. and out is possible 2x with Key and Fill.

Ok, so I want a 1920x1080 project with 3 ‘camera outputs’ looking at same scene but different viewpoints. Possible? No key needed.

How would I accomplish this in V6?

NDI is capable of only 32 inputs and 2 outputs. Limited by Newtek - SDK.

Is there anything special to be done to get the NDI Output(s) to work? All I did so far was adding NDI-output(s) in the Configuration-editor. Hoping Ventuz would show up as a source for NDI-receiving devices. It doesnt.

i cant tell you whats wrong on your side..
Here it is working with the latest 6.3.(4.378).

Simple NDI outputs (no NVidia or AMD) in config.. Fired up Designer, used a simple cube scene, opened up NewTek Monitor (which comes with the NDI Tools from new tek) and i can see the "local stream"...
Even if i use any machine in my House, i can see the stream... Even if i use all my Smart-TV's.. i can see the stream..

Check your errorlogs? Maybe there is a hint why it is not working...

Anyway, I somehow got it to work. Must have been a firewall setting. I get one output only, not aalphachannel.
And the NDI-Inputs do not work reliably anymore... hm..

Could it be that NDI version 4.5.2 does not work with Ventuz 6.3.4.378 ?

Yes. Ventuz 6.6. just came out and raised the NDI version to 4.5
