How to get licence for Ventuz 4 PLE

Hi there, could someone tell me how I go about getting a licence key for Ventuz 4? I already have the express 3 version but would like to practice on 4. Very grateful for your replies.

hi,

Install Ventuz 4 first.
Since you don't have any ventuz 4 dongle the "license manager" will popup as soon as you will try to launch the Designer or Director.
You just have to click on "Request PLE" and fill the form (you need an internet connection for this step). You will automaticaly get on your machine a PLE license.

Hi there again, I'm still not getting the option to request the PLE - the 3 version has downloaded perfectly well. I'm unsure what to do next! Grateful if you could think of anything. Really would like to get to Director so I can practice !! Thanks.

Hi!

I'm with internet Connection Available but when i try to request a PLE License the software show the message:
"License Server is unspecified or unreachable."

for sure my internet is working because i'm writing this right now

any ideia why?

Hi,

the License Server is running correctly. Usually this error appears due firewall settings.
