I open the turtorial scene of the texture--live video, the web camera can be found as 1st device in the propetry of video. why can't the video be loaded into the scene?

Webcams are are implemented via DirectShow in Ventuz there seems to be a problem with the DirectShow driver of your webcam.
What kind of webcam do you use?
Please check the Message window for any relevant error messages!
