Hello,
I recently installed the latest version of Ventuz - 4.06.
Once installed, it turned out that the second DVI input does not work. I have Deltacast card.
Has anyone met with such a problem.
This input works with the original software Deltacast - drivers, version 5.17.
Regards,
Michael

Re: The second DVI displays an error - 4.06
If the first input is configured to dual link the second input can not work.
Please check the AV configuration. Click on the sprocket above the Deltacast DVI Board and check the Video Norm settings.
Setting these to HDMI can often resolve a lot of problems.

Of course, I tried this option.
To version 4.5.02 everything worked perfectly.
After completing the upgrade to version 4.06 this problem appeared.
Card behaves as if all the time was under DualLink - despite changes in AV Configuration option.

I will try to reproduce the problem. I assume both input signals are 1920x1080 @ ~60 Hz?

No DVI inputs working
I cant get any DVI inputs working using Deltacast input card. Was fine in 4.05.

Re: The second DVI displays an error - 4.06
The new Deltacast 5.17 SDK that came with Ventuz 4.06.00 has a changed behavior when setting the dual link flag. No driver update will be required to fix this.
I haven't had the opportunity to check this on a V2 board (with dual link), but I could reproduce something similar on the V1 board (without dual link).
Should be fixed with Ventuz 4.06.01 soon.

Re: The second DVI displays an error - 4.06
Looks like I may of given some false information. It is working, but only on a single input - the same as Michael is experiencing. Both inputs set to DVI. Sods law... a dodgy HDMI to DVI was throwing me off.
My board is probably V1 as its a 2009 version I think.
Much improved is the render stalling when plugging/unplugging a source into the input card - HD-SDI and DVI. Thank you for that.
Peter

Ventuz 4.06.01 fixes the problem. Both V1 and V2 boards where effected - in slightly different ways.
