Help:Who can solve the Ventuz Configuration Error

Hi,guys;
I often get into troubles when i use Ventuz.
Specific questions are as follows:
Loading the Chinese fonts error:Sometimes it’s ok,but Sometimes suddenly go wrong when i didn’t modify the configuration.And it appear error about “Arithmetic operation led to a spill’’;
f i open the Configuration Edit this moment,it will appear Error while switching selected machine.
I can not revise my Configuration in this time and my Chinese font couldn’t import.
Who can help me.

can you please post a font file and a little sample scene that is causing that error?
