Hi everyone,
In the faq and Ventuz-help I can read that a Presentation should be exported
in exclusive Fullscreen mode for higher performance.
If I export a Presentation from an empty black scene with virtual Fullscreen activated, it will render in 1ms per Frame.
The same Presentation exported in exclusive Fullscreen mode will need 16 ms to render a frame.
This is strange - where is the mistake??
thanks
Ralf

Re: Virtual Fullscreen Mode and Performance
Hi Alex,
thanks for this detailed explanation.
Actually I'm trying to improve performance with a frame dropping project
and you are right I use prevent D3D queueing.
If I got you, the stats will only show the 'correct' GPU Rendertime in virtual Fullscreen mode
and not in exclusive mode because it will always be 1000/60 = 16.6ms
Is there a difference in Performance whether Ventuz or DirectX blocks rendering?
thanks
Ralf.
