Am I the only one to notice that sometime connections between two nodes are hidden?

It happens with me mostly when Ctrl+Alt+ dragging "interface enabled" containers in content editor to keep same links.
but whenever i close and open the scene.. the links are there.. so there's no way i can send an example ^_^
