Well, who knows what has happened.
Now that you want the files, fbx import works. None of these pesky messages. (the importnode must be afraid...)
Collada still messes up uv-mapping, though. Maybe tomorrow...

I had a geometry obj file, I converted it by 3dsmax to FBX and mported to Ventuz, there were abnormal Polygon Normal, and the mesh was showing black faces here and there....
I exported the obj by Cinema4D and the problems were gone. Is this an issue of 3dsmax ???

which version of 3dsmax do you use? what settings do you use while exporting?
Did you use the same FBX to be imported to c4d and then back to ventuz?
can you send me the 3dsmax original file please?
