movie frame node with frame output

sounds strange i know.
but if you need to jump or movie is stuttering once... depending on the size and codec it will never stop stuttering because searching needs to much time. in this case it would be helpful, if i just could jump ~ a second ahead and try to lock the movie frame again if correct frame is reached. but for this i need to know, if movie frame is running smoothly or not
