Hi there,
the layer system is great and i love the masking and blending options of the layers.
But when you have a bunch of layers in a group and you want to move the hole assembly, it's a little bit extensive to manage this.
Therefore it would be nice to have a global transform, same as the blending option per layer.

what's wrong with using the Layout of the Layer Group to 'move the hole assembly' ?

some 2D layers inside a GroupLayer - Switch Layout to Percentage and adjust the positon of the LayerGroup - the whole stack
