Temp Class License to PLE License Error

Hello,

I took the Ventuz class back in August and was given a temporary license for the class. Now when I launch V4 i get the following screenshot:

Clicking update license shows the following:

With no other options to ask for a PLE, or even change the current license I am stuck here. Updating to the latest version does not remove this issue. Is there anyway to completely uninstall and start over?

Hi!

This is an issue in our License Management.
Once you have a Temp key installed and this temporal license expires you cannot use the PLE key anymore.

Unfortunately I never installed a PLE, just the demo license. So this machine is dongle only or is it completely blocked from Ventuz now?

Also, the only solution to use a PLE now is to find another physical machine and install it there? That's an interesting issue.

On your C drive search for "*.lic" You should find VENTUZ.lic in a folder like C:/Program data/ventuz4

Move/Rename/Delete that file.

Then go to license manage and try to request new PLE.

That has worked for me when I have had a temp runtime installed on a system.
