Re: looking for gamer laptop with touchscreen ...
been looking for something like that for a while. My experience is: there are two kinds of laptops. Those with thin design, high res, touch screen, but no GPU and those with high performance specs, but no touch screen. The thing is that no gamer is interested in a touch screen. And with the latest Intel GPUs you can drive those high res displays just fine.
So there are almost no laptops meeting all your requirements. And since they'll be gaming notebooks, they will be damn ugly, too Only example I could find: DELL Alienware 17 A17-4532
Best,
rou

Re: looking for gamer laptop with touchscreen ...
oh, a customer of mine had an Asus with an i7, 16gb and a touch screen. Not sure which model.
Re: looking for gamer laptop with touchscreen ...
Thanks for fast answering
Yes, I also googled the alienware, apparently it's the only model with touch+power.
Wish you a nice weekend,
Stephan

Re: looking for gamer laptop with touchscreen ...
I have been searching around as well. I found that the Thinkpad W550 line can have workstaton GFX cards in them(NVIDIA Quadro K620M 2GB and other options). Can get really expensive but would alot of power in a small package.

Lenovo is a highpricing business solution, and Dell's Alienware is much more powerful, and only a little bit more expensive.
Thanks

Re: looking for gamer laptop with touchscreen ...
I'd happily recommend the one I'm using, Asus Zenbook Pro!
Discretre GFX card, i7, 4K display with touchscreen. Looks nice, the Macbook Pro of the windows world in my opinion. Do check it out!
Remember though, You need to go down in resolution if you want to work with Ventuz Designer on it, since the UI of Ventuz really doesn't handle 4K yet.
Good luck!

Yeah, right. Saw yours, liked it. Unfortunately not available in Germany, I think.
