Append several Slide Managers

I've made a project for a show with several speakers, and I've put each speech on its own slide manager.
Is there a way to append several slide managers, so when I reach the end keyframe of the last slide, the next one is the begginig keyframe of the first slide of the next presentation? Or do I have to append every slide on the same slide manager? It would be so tedious!
