Animation keyframe values not auto converted

With regional settings that use a , (comma) for the decimal separation, in the properties dialogs entering a value with a . (dot) inside auto converts to a comma.
When you enter values in the animation editor for the current value, I need to enter a , (comma) otherwise the . will just be lost from a value.
It would be nice if this would also work in the animation editor as modifiying values using the numeric keypad it's hard to use the comma
