Mouse interaction on multiscreen setup

Hello Ventuz land,
This is probably a simple thing - I have set up some buttons to be activated by regular mouse clicks. This works fine in Design Preview, but they do not respond in Production Preview, Director Mode or Presenter.
I am running 4 outputs from a single Quadro K5000 card.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
