from other 3D softwares
So what i reach is

ok
but this is not a ventuz related question...and at the end it depends what software are you using. you should ask this question in the forum of your 3d model software

i know also
but i prefered to asked here
so i want people from here that tried to do it before for ventuz not for any other use ...
how the ventuz guys work on these softwares to got a good product for ventuz
like for example why i ask this question here is
when a company release a software ....some times they release videos that shows how the software can be useful in importing and exporting and other stuff related to another softwares ...
like relation between realflow and max or maya ..... importing meshs ....exporting dynamics and simulations so there is a video explaninig how u do it in autodesk product from realflow company
thats simple example

You can only export/import a mesh with one texture in Ventuz. Regardless of which 3D package you are using. You can either bake only Ambient Occlusion in your software or bake the entire texture and lighting in your scene and import the resulting texture (or textures if you have several meshes) in Ventuz. Reflection Maps and Bump Maps have to be added in Ventuz. The process for all software packages is the same. Read up on how to bake Ambient Occlusion/Lighting/etc. to files in your software package. Then export to Ventuz using OBJ or Collada file format. If you are having trouble with the UV mapping coordinates in Ventuz after using Collada, flip the UV texture by scaling Y by -1 in the 2D mapping node. They could be flipped. When in doubt use OBJ.

3DS MAX ... my favorite topic. I will never use that software. I can't stand it. So I can't help you there. Sorry. Cinema4D is the easiest tool I know. I use it most of the time now. Or I use Maya. That is more complex but the Turtle renderer is very impressive. I will probably completely switch to Cinema4D. The pipeline with Ventuz is very good and straightforward.

i can use cinema 4d and maya ..... but what makes me still trying with 3ds max is
thats my first 3D tool ive learned
2nd is i found out that most of the games industry are depending on it but thats not a reason ofcourse
but anyway .....
what do u think about that plugin
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Unniqa2VaLk
i didnt see anything similar to it ....at C4D and Maya
