OSC input node does not work with Laptop.

hi, all :)

As long as it is desktop, OSC node has no problem.

But, as for laptop, OSC output node works well, but, OSC input node does not work no matter it is wired or wireless.

I tested lots of times, and there's no problem when I use desktop.

Does anyone have same problem with me?

thanks
Poly

Have you checked your firewall settings and the taskmanager if there is another instance of Ventuz running by accident?

hi, Daniel

thanks for your reply.

I already checked it, and there's no problem about what you said.

I tested both with my laptop and Samsung ATIV.
Neither of them work.

hi, Daniel

Thanks for your interest. There's no error message. :(
Frankly speaking, I've been testing many times with different laptops.
Please let me know if I need to do something specific on laptop configuration.

What I cannot understand is that OSC input node does not work while OSC ouput node works on the same laptop.
I already tested putting different version of ventuz license, V3 designer, V3 presenter, V4 designer, V4 runtime, respectively.

Please let me know what I need to do.
Regards

Poly

Do you have wireless and lan cable connected?

Could be that ventuz is adressing wrong adapter ;)

Please try to use multicast adress like 230.230.230.230....and dont forget to adress it in the reciever also!
