Render Setup change machine ID

Re: Render Setup change machine ID
Hi Robert,
this is currently not possible. We thought this is not necessary as you can change the Machine ID of the machine via Config Editor.
Why is it necessary or more useful for you to change the ID within the RS Editor?
Cheers

Re: Render Setup change machine ID
Hi Karol,
Machine ID is automatically defined when we add a new machine in the render setup, but if I'm right the lower ID machine give the cluster clock to the others ones. This lower ID machine won't be resync so it will be more smooth than others cluster machines. In this case it's make sense to set the lower ID to the machine who display the predominant screen. Some times medias and folders dispatching is ID dependent so it's more convenient to set ID manually...
