Access to pixel data of video frame

Hi Ventuzians,
I'm looking for a solution to get access to the pixeldata (RGB) of a video frame. I need the byte arrays of a video file frame by frame to analyse the colors.
Can I grab this data maybe from the video frame / texture node or via c# script?
