Your scene is to complex for your graphics card!
Either your scene is to complex or your graphics card is too weak.

Thank you for reply， the picture is just a example, I use AMD W9000 also often appear this kind of circumstance, can only be used to clean up files to alleviate?

Ok! So it's not a weak GPU!
In this case your scene is to complex or not optimally build .
