how to change resolution

I have finished a project with resolution of 1920*1080, is it possible for me to change the resolution from 1920*1080 to 1366*768?

Yes for ssure it is possible just go to the
ProjectProperties --> Direct3D -->RenderSize here you can change your resolution but take care that your aspect ratio will slightly change. But you can correct the aspect with a Projection node in your scene.
