Resource Linked problem

Hi all,
I have some problem with Resource Linker Node behaviour.
1. When I check a movie in a nested scene some time the movie isn't exported in the presentation.
But the nested scene dynamically loaded is checked in the main scene.
2. Some time When I export a presentation the checklist to force to include some files show old deleted files or 2 files with same name.
