Is their any why to seek in audio-files or to set a startpoint?

if you are using venuz 32 bit:
you could use quicktime movie node with a wav file
on 64bit:
you could use the advanced movie node and render the audio files as very low res video fils and hide the video. so you dont need that much performance for playout but you can seek in the file!
