Karol has kindly supplied a hot fix that corrects the problem for me.

It's probably a good idea for any one else struggling with the same problem to get in touch with Support directly!

right now its a not released and proper tested version therefore we can not guarantee a stable production with it.

I did so, and so far it helped getting the controllers back to work. Thank you for that quick fix, Ventuzians

Hi all.

I´m having the same problem with the controllers, i´ve been trying many ways to solve it, but i had no satisfactory results.

Can somebody help me with it, or how can i get the hot fix?

Hey guys,

I have a similar issue with the oculus rift.
I can only detect one controller, and unfortunately it is the left one ^_^. I can get into the oculus menu and see both hands, in ventuz I have set up 2 controllers one has ID 0 and one ID 1,Whether I set the ID to 0 or 1, it always detects the Left controller only.
I tried to remove the battery from the left controller and restart ventuz and toggle IDs but it doesnt detect anything.
is this related to the Vive issue as well?

sorry it only detects ID 0. ID 1 is never visible

Just a question with HTC Vive in ventuz:

Is-it possible to make a render to disk when HTC Vive experience in Ventuz is running ? The software crash when i try.

Hi, did you ever get it to work? My solution is to use Nvidias „instant replay“.
