hi folks,
i installed a blackmagic sdi 4k in my windows pc. 64 bit, windows 7 ultimate, ventuz 4.5.2.88. but i can´t get any signal. i´ve tried different blackmagic driver versions from 9.8 to 10.x.
although it´s working with watchout on the same machine.
in the configurator i dragged the blackmagic sign into the input window and set the format to the attached signal (1920x1080p25).
any suggestions?
thanks in advance
frank

First, use any 10.x driver, as the 9.x drivers will not work.

We have tested with the 4k extreme board and it worked fine. The way you configured Ventuz (Drag the input and set the video format) seems OK, unless your signal is i50 instead of p25, or something like that. You might want to send us your config file so we can have a look. the config file is usually found at "C:\Users\Public\Documents\Ventuz4\Configuration\AVConfig".
