This is something we noticed before in V4 as well and solved it by disabling the virtual Fullscreen mode, but when playing a MP4 video file with the movie clip node and when the presenter is in virtual Fullscreen mode (especially when the MP4 movie frame rate is for example 30 fps and the Display refresh rate is @50Hz / or the frame rate is 25 fps and the display refresh rate is 60Hz) the MP4 have a frequent click in the audio.
When we run the presenter not in Fullscreen mode this problem disappeared. The strange thing is that this only happens with MP4 files....
