Loading Templates

In Director,
When running heavy templates including 3D objects for example, in recent situation I have to Take (run) the Template for the first time where the animation is lagging, and then I run it second time to get smooth animation.
I understand that Ventuz is loading the scene, but the problem if something wrong happened during the live show I can't run the template twice to get the right animation.
Please advice if there is any workaround for this case.
