Blackmagic Capture Card initialized although not defined as Input

Hey guys,
we have a problem with ventuz runtime V6.3.1.118 R24599:
We have a Blackmagic Decklink Mini Record 4k Capture Card installed on our system.
The card is not used in our Ventuz AV Configuration (Not defined as Input).
We use the Capture Card with NewTek Connect to create an NDI-Stream. If we start ventuz runtime, NewTek Connect loses the connection to the card. It seems that ventuz snitches the hardware initialization, althout the card it NOT defined as an Input. If we (re)start NewTek Connect after starting the runtime we were not able to snitch the hardware initialization back from ventuz.
Please help!
