TouchOrbit with easeout functionality

Post by joschy » 06 Sep 2018, 13:58

Hi there,
it would be nice when the touchorbit node get a easeout functionality on it self. Currently, when you stop rotating a 3d model it immediately stops rotating, would be nicer if it`s smooth out it`s rotation.
I know, you can achive this with damper nodes, but only when the wrap mode is set to none.
A little scene may be illustrate it:

BTW: The behavior settings, do not do anything

Hi Joschy!

You have to enable the Behavior-Apply property to get a smooth deceleration of the motion.

Best Regards
Karol

Sure Karol, i saved the scene with the behavior-apply property disabled.
I´ve tried to achive the same behavior as with the damper setup, but i have to use the wrap signed mode and with small touch movement the behavior settings not really visible and the feeling of mass is lost.

thank`s
(no thnak`s this time  )
