So is any way to use FX node with depth ? I know, its a lot of question but im looking for best solutions and best practice for future work

The FX node is the same as the Layer Effect. It's a post effect that is applied to a render buffer. So no, the depth value will always be lost when using the FX node. You basically can't have content A and B where A and B share Z but have different layer effects applied.
