TEMPLATE PORT : clear movie from memory

Hello,
I use a Template port to play a template that playback a movie.
the movie is loaded into the memory.
how can i clear the movie from memory after taking a null data in the remplate port to clear it ?
how can i release or dispose the template from the port ?
