I am planning to purchase depth sensing camera to do experiment on spatial interactions with Ventuz. Initially i had plans to go with Kinect,soon after i found out that microsoft officially ended support for Kinect and encourages developers to use Intel's realsense depth camera.
I am not sure whether Ventuz supports Intel realsense.

Can some one please advise on which one to go with over other and why?

Ventuz doesn't support any of them. You'd have to use the SDK to get whatever data you're interested in. Getting image data into Ventuz is difficult. Look into spout or VIO.
