Extract elements from material node

Post by Christian Krix Schmidt » 29 Sep 2017, 16:33

Extracting material elements as separate nodes is a nice feature. You showed a texture loader in the demo. Can you also do that with the mapping category group? I wrote about that several times and this seems the best time to bring it up again. The Mapping properties should be also available in a separate node again. If you don't have that in there already, now is the time.

If you use several material stages or even material providers, it would be very, very helpful to have only one UV mapping node linked to several material nodes.
