Touch paint buttons

Looking to create a touch screen overlay.
Bit like a whiteboard, But with video below.
Have created layers that make this work. But now Wanting to create push buttons to change colour of the drawing paint brush.
Can someone please direct me to easiest way to create touch buttons to change Color of the paint brush.
