Akai APC mini sliders

Hey!
I have an Akai APC mini with 8 sliders, and I want to use each slider for different commend, but the node of midi controller have two outputs (0-100 which is the slider string, and 48-56 which is the slider id as outputs)
So how can I link the id with the value so if I moved slider with id 48 the value will change but if i moved the slider 49 it do nothing ?
if slider id is 48 then output is true (0-100)
if slider id is not 48 then no output
