I make a Hierarchy Container by mistake :? ,now I want to return,what should I do?

what do you mean exactly? Did you merge a part of the scene tree to a Hierarchy Container?

Go inside the Hierarchy Container, Select the first node (if there are several nodes as "root" place a "Group node" in front of them all), Select it, hit CTRL+X (to CUT) and Paste the content outside the container.

Please Save your scene BEFORE under another name, you got NO UNDO!
