NDI - insert external desktop

Here is my check from weekend:
Basic was testchart below, I created a short looped-animation (little v-move, no scaling). mp4 in good quality 40mbit/CBR.
Identical hardware for server and client, i7-pc's with lot of ram and firepros 8/16GB.
CAT6 cable for transmitting, 1Gbit-LAN.
I tested with NDI Scanconverter and Vmix.
Playing mp4 with VLC-Player (desktop-playout, without VLC's NDI-plugin!).
Can't see any differences in the result, result was continuously good over the entire time (observed for an hour).
But, as you mentioned, my feeling is the video is not so smooth in temporal motion ...
