Touch Ripples Node

Hi. One component of my current project relies heavily on Touch Ripples Node and i found some strange behavior of it.
case 1:
1. create 2 scene. First is master and second is slave, connected to master through scene port.
2. add Touch Ripples node to slave scene.
3. add timer to slave scene and some logic for return to master scene upon elapsed event.
4. from master go to slave -> wait for timer elapsed -> return to slave scene
Result = previously active touch in touch ripples node is now forever in active state
case 2:
1. add Touch Ripples node to scene
2. block node by ctl+B while mouse in Render window screen space
3. move mouse out of Render screen and unblock Touch Ripples node
Result = previously active touch in touch ripples node is now forever in active state
Any workaround or method to manual reset node? (I'm using latest version)
