The current Render set up within Designer allows me to rotate outputs in increments of 90 degrees but is not available in Configuration Editor.

Design Preview works OK, but just get black screen in Production Preview.

Not certain if a bug or still waiting for later version that supports rotation along with blending?

This is actually a Bug. The Editor is prepared for the rotation but the Ventuz Renderer is not yet!
The Rotation commands should not be available yet.
The Rotation feature will most likely come with the new Shaping Engine.
