Arabic text through OSC node

Hi there,
I faced the problem that when I'm receiving UTF8 string [Arabic text] through OSC node. It appears as question marks.
But if I put the same text in text file and read it through "Text file" node and change the Encoding from default to UFT8 it will appears correctly.
