osc timecode

hi all,
first time, that i try something with osc timecode....
if i understand the manual correct, i can send any message to the osc-ltc recievers. and because you get the timestamp out of the osc header a trigger should be enough. but i don't get any timecode out of the osc-ltc node.
my os is win10
