Damper in a cluster Setup

Hi...
Is it possible to have Ventuz use the damper within a cluster environment to make dynamic movements within a cluster?
For instance pictures moving from Left to right, controlled via a Value switch and a damper? is there any node I never saw that does that?
Or maybe a Script that would do dampening via the Cluster Clock and not the system clock?
