tick attracktion - turn off oscillating overshoot

Hi Guys

i am using tick markers on the touch translation and edited the behavior to be attracted to tick markers

How do i change the values of the behavior so it is only attracked to a tick and not overshooting it a little and then going back to the tick. it is kind of an oscillation.
