Can Ventuz recognise video camera which is connected via gigabit ethernet? If yes, I plan install 8 video cameras in one machine. That is to say 4 video cameras with one gigabit ethernet card. The ethernet card is plugged in motherboard via pci-e.
thanks in advance!

I don't know if this is what you are looking for?
Have a look at the Movie Steam node. With this you can acces Real Time Streaming Protocol video feeds. I have successfully used this with some test feeds from cameras. Loads of test feeds available on the net.
You may be able to set up an RTSP server and have cameras connected. Some IP cameras will also output this without requiring a separate server.
