Colorwheel Interaction (Limit touch object within a circle)

Hello, I am trying to create an interactive color wheel, but I can figure out how to limit the color-picker within the circle. I figured out how to make a "follower" icon, but this doesn't work once the touchpoint leaves the circle. I attached an example of where I am stuck. Thanks!
