Shrinkable or Enlargable

Hi there,
I would like to know where can I find now in V4 the "Resize" option that was in the ProjectProperties/Graphics/Direct3D window...
I'm working on a 1024 X 768 project, and wanted to preview the scene in the renderer with the good size on my second monitor!
