This issue was easy to solve:
You can NOT copy and paste the "Ventuz Tags" inside of Cinema4D. Each must be unique!

You can drop Glare a mail and ask if it is working with V5.

The issue is as soon as you add an effect to the Gradient Layer!

Yes there is indeed a Problem with the Blacklevels and the Internal Keying especially with driver version 10.8.4.

The Problem is known to Blackmagic, and they admitted its their issue.
So its more a Driver related problem than a Ventuz Problem.
