Nice bit of scripting which as a new C# user I could just about understand.
Does your render stall when sending the email? How can this be avoided?
Regards
Peter

Re: Count images in folder
Hi Chris, At the moment its at the idea stage after demoing to a client. They want to be able to take a load of photos that get automatically uploaded to the 'cloud' from a number of mobile phones at an exhibition. Haven't really thought much more about how to display or had a brief on the number of...

Re: Big screen, BIG Videos! ;)
I did a 9 wide about two years ago with 3 severs and V8800 GfX and S400 sync cards. Built the servers myself as needed them set up for a good couple of weeks trying various options and x-renting proved uneconomic. In the end did blend in projectors and overlap in Ventuz. Best way to go as projection...

Re: Count images in folder
Hi Daniel, Thanks for your ideas on this. I was 80% there when I read your reply. My idea was working but not as expandable as yours using the container information. Modified mine to work as per your idea. I still think that the DIR node is not functioning as the book says. Have a look at my zip fil...

Count images in folder
I have a project where I want to display a number of images that have been uploaded to a remote folder. The quantity of images will vary and I thought that there must be a way to have each image displayed on an individual polygon, although at present not certain the best way to achieve this. Ideas? ...

Re: Sceneport with rendertarget Z order wrong
Hi Lenard, thanks for looking at this scene. As suggested, have rebooted and played with settings. This is what I find.... I'm using 64bit Windows 7 with 6Gb of RAM and Ati V8800 card on a single 1080 output. Graphics card has 2Gb of RAM. Project setting: Multi Sampling at Best 3 render targets set ...

Sceneport with rendertarget Z order wrong
Was playing around with the sceneport node and cant understand what is happening here. Each Sceneport is rendered to a rendertarget that displays on a polygon. Z order appears to be wrong, but in fact rendertarget has wrong scene from the sceneport node.
Cant figure it out.

Peter

Use of Scene Port
I was rather hoping to use the Scene Port to switch to different scenes on the touch of a button, which I do find the description seems to infer. I used the Value Switch to hold six strings with the address of each scene and bound this to the 'Scene' of the Scene Port. I thought this would be an eas...

Re: Sequence Render causing corrupt image files
I have just rendered out PNGs and all is fine. Seems to be that Tiffs are the worst as already mentioned.
